From a company that started selling our product at farmers markets to employing over 85 people with 18 shops across the U.K. and Ireland, you could say we've come pretty far. When deciding to tone back the business to an online offering, we had to think long and hard about our customers and what they get out of our product. Some may say it's because of the wide variety of quirky flavours and designs that we are prepared to make, or the creation of our iconic giant cupcake. Driving to Tralee in Co.Kerry with a 21st birthday cake for a customer who had a baking disaster in the kitchen.
